Now it is your turn!  This  week we’re looking for holiday inspiration from you: share with us your recipes, gift ideas, decorating tips, anything and everything Christmasy and holiday related.  We’ll be sharing our favorites on our holiday pinterest board.

Don’t have anything holiday related to share?  No worries!  Homesteading posts of all sorts are always welcome!

There are just a few little rules to follow: (please note that we have added a new rule regarding no advertising)

  • Family friendly posts only. ‘Nuff said :)
  • Link as many appropriate, original posts as you’d like each week. Older posts are great too, as long as they have not been shared on the hop before ~ we’d like to keep the content fresh.
  • Share the linky love! In order to encourage our blogging community, please visit as many of the other posts as you can and let them know you found them here!
  • If you wish to be featured, link back to the hop (on either host’s blog) with the button or a text link, and give us a follow on Facebook, Twitter, Google + and/or Pinterest! By linking to this hop you are giving us permission to link back to your post if you are featured. We will also include one photo from your post in the interest of sending visitors your way :)

  1. Hey there, Jenny,
Thanks so much for “favoriting” the little post about my mama’s reminisces. This holiday season her only sister, and one of her two living siblings, is in critical care this month and suffering from the final stages of cancer. The favorable feedback she’s gotten from so many people about her memories is a much appreciated boost to her spirit this year.
I hope you and yours have a Merry Christmas,
    Pa Mac

    • I’m really sorry to hear about your mother’s sisters. That must be difficult for her to deal with over the holiday season. We will keep you all in our prayers. You all have a very Merry Christmas too!

  3. Hi and Merry Christmas. I have entered a link on your blog hop, but for some reason it’s not showing a picture. I tried to do it again and it said i’d already entered that post once and couldn’t do it again. Any suggestions on what I might have done wrong. Thanks.

    • Hi Lyn, I will see what I can do to take care of it. We might be able to delete it so you can start over. :) I’ll let you know. Thanks for linking up!

        • Lyn did Lisa connect with you? I think she deleted your link so you could try again. Sorry for the difficulty.

          • hey Jenny, she did delete it and i tried again but it did the same thing. I don’t know what I did wrong but apparently it’s me. Thanks anyway.

          • Lyn I’m really sorry. I will let her know but I do hope you will come back again as I have really enjoyed reading your posts. We’ll be taking a break next week for Christmas but starting back up again in the new year.
