Burlap Curtains

One of the first things I did this past week was to unpack and hang a pair of burlap cafe curtains.  I made them before we moved.  They were inexpensive, simple to put together, and the burlap fits in nicely with our country decor.

Today, I am sharing a DIY Tutorial over at The Prairie Homestead if you’d like to make a pair of your own.  Even if you don’t, I’d love it if you’d drop in, say hello, and visit Jill over at the Prairie Homestead Blog.  I’ll be back later on this week with a brief tour of our new home.

  1. I just found your site tonight. I am enjoying your homestead. I popped over to see your burlap curtains but the link did not take me to your guest post. Can you help me?

    • Hi Jane, Thank you so much for reading! I’m sorry about the wonky link. I’ve edited the link so it should work now. Otherwise you can find that post here.

  2. I never thought about burlap for curtains. But I love the look of it and it would match my decor. I think next time I venture out I am going to pick up some. Thanks for the great idea.

    • We’ve got it in our front rooms and may put it in the office. My husband and I both really like the look and it is very inexpensive. I hope you have good luck with yours!
