These yummy little cookies use arrowroot powder, crushed crispy almonds, and are sweetened with molasses and rapadura. The addition of cocoa gives them an interesting little twist.
Enjoy them with a cup of hot tea (like I do) or crumbled up in a glass of milk (like my husband does).
